CalSnap privacy policy

CalSnap is a calendar app. This policy covers the CalSnap apps that sign in with Google.

What CalSnap uses

• Text you type or share, and photos you share or pick, so it can suggest an event. On Android, text in a photo is read on the device. Photos are not uploaded to CalSnap.
• Your Google account, when you choose Connect Google. CalSnap requests permission to see the list of calendars you can edit and to add events you confirm.
• A refresh token stored on this device so you stay signed in. It is not sent to a CalSnap server.

What CalSnap does not do

CalSnap does not sell personal information. It does not run its own account server. Calendar reads and writes go to Google with the permission you granted.

How to disconnect

Disconnect inside CalSnap, or remove CalSnap at Google Account permissions. Events already saved stay on the calendar until you delete them.
